ISU PRIDE’S Annual Charity Drag Show

Thank you for taking the time to do this for me.  The reason I am requesting this information is because I am planning on submitting a proposal to the I.V.C.C. Gay/Straight Alliance to have a drag show performed at I.V.C.C.  If you can fill in the boxes below it would be of great help.   If you don’t have information for certain parts do not be afraid to leave an item blank.  Also if information is consistent from one year to the next type "2001," but please check the boxes for both years.  Please feel free to Print this out gather the information and then submit it. Also feel free to submit parts.  Please e-mail me @ jivey15@hotmail.com when you have submitted it at least one time.  Thank you!!
